RENTAL QUALIFYING PROCESS
We ask that you drive by all of our properties first. If interested in one of our properties please contact our office and we will happily schedule an appointment to show you the interior.
Here are some guidelines for renting property with us:
- Your gross monthly income must be three times the amount of the rent.
- You must have a good tenant history with NO EVICTIONS.
- You must have good credit.
- There is a $30 cash only, non refundable charge for each credit report and application processed. All persons over 18 yrs must apply.
- Security deposit due with in 48 hrs of an approved application.
- Security deposits and first month’s rent must be in the form of a cashier’s check or money order only. NO CASH OR PERSONAL CHECKS.
YOUR APPLICATION CAN BE DENIED FOR:
- NO RENTAL OR CREDIT HISTORY
- INSUFFICIENT OF UNSATISFACTORY RENTAL OR CREDIT HISTORY
- INSUFFICIENT OF UNABLE TO VERIFY INCOME
- UNSATISFACTORY OR UNABLE TO VERIFY INCOME
- PROVIDING FALSE INFORMATION ON YOUR APPLICATION

MUST PROVIDE A PHOTO OF DOG AND SHOT RECORD FOR TENANT FILE.
